2. Ancient crafts and unspoiled nature
An adventure that starts in the heart of the mountain to discover the shepherd’s ancient sheepfold where you can watch the hand milking and the preparation of the cheese in the traditional way. A great experience in touch with nature and animals. From enchanting landscapes to views of rare beauty you will have the pleasure of tasting the typical local dishes while enjoying the spectacular scenery. Following this you will then visit the historic centres of two hamlets: Lodè and Posada.

3. The village of Posada and the nuraghe San Pietro in Torpè
A fascinating journey in the natural area of the Tepilora Park to discover the archaeological site of Nuraghe San Pietro placed in Torpè, and medieval village of Posada with its castle. From the fortress of the castle you can admire the wonderful coastal landscape and the enchanting view of the hinterland.

4. An unusual Costa Smeralda

5. Etnographic tour of Barbagia
Immersed in the heart of Barbagia on the discovery of two very suggestive towns: Orgosolo and Mamoiada. The first of which is a real museum under the sky, famous all over the world for its murals; paintings which depict history, politics and everyday life, traditions and Sardinia itself. The second, Mamoiada, famous for its ancient and mysterious masks, Mamuthones and Issohadores, undisputed protagonists of the Carnival.

6. Literary Park of Galtellì
The suggestive Galte described by Grazia Deledda in her reknown romance “Reeds in the wind” mantains a special charm. The authentic sardinian village of Galtellì rises at the foot of Mount Tuttavista in the luxurious Cedrino valley. The ancient farming village of lower Baronia has received the orange flag from the Italian Touring Club. An itinerary that includes a visit to the ancient churches, the historic centre and the etnographic museum which tells about the popular culture, traditions, the life and economy of bygone days.

7. The Supramonte among history and caves
An itinerary of great naturalistic and archaeological interest among Oliena and Dorgali, immersed in the attractive Supramonte. The first part of the day is dedicated to visit the famous nuraghe Mannu, an archaeological site with a beautiful view over the Gulf of Orosei. In the morning will be reached the karstic spring of Su Gologone, a gorge of vertiginous depth from which flow the creal and fresh waters that flow after a short course in the river Cedrino. After a stop in the beautiful park of the sources the tour continues with a visit to the spectacular cave Ispinigoli.

8. The sources route, trekking on Montalbo
An itinerary of great naturalistic, historic and cultural interest that winds along antique paths once travelled by the shepherds who intensely populated these places leaving a variety of testimonials of their lives that can still be seen today. Immersed in an unspoiled natural evironment, you can enjoy a day in the name of tranquillity and go discover a land that offers hugely suggestive views and landscapes. A visit to a little rural church is also planned followed by traditional lunch, rich of wares tied to the traditions.
